Other Fitness Classes at Total Body Pilates
Although our studio specializes on Pilates, we are excited to offer some other cardio and strength building classes to fully accomodate our clients. Each class is taught by a qualified and certified instructor and is a great addition to any workout. There are no sign up fees or memberships required. Drop-ins are welcome at any time!
Zumba
Zumba is a combination of latin dance and other forms of dance fitness. It is easy to catch on and is always a blast! Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness class. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

Turbokick
Turbokick classes are a great way to have fun and work out at the same time. The class is a fusion of hip hop and kickboxing techniques. This class is also considered to be the ultimate in fun toning and true martial arts technique. Each class is an hour long and is exciting all the way through.

PiYo
PiYo is a Plates and Yoga inspired cardio and toning class. Done on the floor with mats, the class is set to music to keep the pace going and provide a challenging workout. It focuses on overall toning and stretching. It is a great class for those who would like to add a little speed and challenge to their stretching.

Barre' Class
Barre' classes are the number one workout in Southern California right now, so come see what all the fuss is about! Our specially designed Barre' class was developed by the owner of the studio with her professional ballet and pilates background. No ballet experience is needed! The class begins using the barre to aid in balance and support. The class takes the discipline and and elongating exercises performed in both ballet and pilates and focuses on providing an overall workout free from high impact. It also includes stretching and core strengthening.

Will, Power & Grace

We integrate the smartest and safest barefoot training methods to strengthen your feet while progressively correcting imbalances in your ankles, knees and hips.
