Other Fitness Classes at Total Body Pilates

Although our studio specializes on Pilates, we are excited to offer some other cardio and strength building classes to fully accommodate our clients.  Each class is taught by a qualified and certified instructor and is a great addition to any workout.  There are no sign up fees or memberships required.  Drop-ins are welcome at any time!

Booty Barre'

Booty Barre is an energetic 60-minute ballet barre workout that blends deep muscle toning with intervals of fat-blasting cardio techniques. The dance-inspired class combines the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. No dance experience is required and available to all fitness levels.


PiYo is a Pilates and Yoga inspired cardio and toning class. Done on the floor with mats, the class is set to music to keep the pace going and provide a challenging workout.  It focuses on overall toning and stretching.  It is a great class for those who would like to add a little speed and challenge to their stretching.

Pound fit

Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.  Full body cardio workout that inspires the inner drummer in all of us.


Turbokick classes are a great way to have fun and work out at the same time.  The class is a fusion of hip hop and kickboxing techniques. This class is also considered to be the ultimate in fun toning and true martial arts technique.  Each class is an hour long and is exciting all the way through.


Hatha yoga is the practice of joining opposing forces - ha means "sun" and tha means moon.  Hatha yoga is a style that emphasizes physical postures, or asanas, breathing techniques, or pranayama, and concentration or meditation. Hatha is a gentle practice that anyone, regardless of fitness or level of experience, can practice and enjoy.


Zumba is a combination of latin dance and other forms of dance fitness.  It is easy to catch on and is always a blast!  Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness class. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
