 We are a fully equipped studio that specializes in the STOTT Pilates method.  The STOTT method is a contemporary approach to the original Pilates method based on modern principles of exercise science and rehabilitation. In addition to private and group Pilates classes, we also offer group fitness and cardio classes.  Please take your time to read through all of our class descriptions and feel free to contact us with any questions.
