Just bring yourself! And some water of course.


What do I wear?

We recommend wearing comfortable workout attire. This includes clothing that does not have zippers, hoods, and ties. You can workout barefoot or in socks. If you are more comfortable wearing socks we suggest sticky socks. Check out our equipment page for some suggestions or click HERE!


Where do I start?

For new clients we always suggest starting with a private session to learn how to safely use the equipment. You can email the studio to schedule your first session, at a time that is convenient for you.
