Kelli Mooney
Kelli Mooney, owner of Total Body Pilates, discovered STOTT Pilates at a young age while training as a dancer. Introduced to Pilates as a method of cross-training, she fell in love with its ability to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the body. Kelli has danced professionally across Tampa, Georgia, California, and Washington and is a former collegiate dancer.
Passionate about sharing her love for Pilates, Kelli completed her training through Pacific Northwest Pilates. Beyond Pilates, she embraces all forms of fitness, holding a degree in Fitness Technology and certification as a PiYo instructor.
What Kelli values most is creating a safe and welcoming space where individuals can feel supported, motivated, and part of a community—where every student is encouraged to reach their personal fitness goals.
Cathy Knopp

Cathy Knopp, known fondly as the “Queen of Abs,” is a Certified STOTT Pilates instructor at Total Body Pilates. An avid runner, Cathy discovered Pilates as a powerful form of cross-training to build strength, improve flexibility, and prevent injury. She is especially passionate about the rehabilitative benefits of Pilates and loves helping clients strengthen their core, enhance mobility, and recover safely from injuries.
With her dedication to proper technique, Cathy inspires clients to challenge themselves while fostering a supportive and encouraging studio environment. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to Pilates, Cathy is committed to helping every client achieve their fitness goals.
