Amanda is the owner and a pilates instructor at Total Body Pilates. She started Pilates 17 years ago and has been studying ever since. She received her Pilates training through Pacific Northwest Pilates. She is a STOTT Certified Instructor and specializes with dancers and extreme athletes. Her background in ballet includes studying with Pacific Northwest Ballet, Houston Ballet, and the School of American Ballet in New York City. She was also a company member with the Oregon Ballet Theatre before starting her studio. Her goal with Total Body Pilates is to bring a safe and effective workout to people of all ages and to make it enjoyable for everyone.
"Exercise and wellness make me feel happy and alert!" Lorine has been teaching group fitness classes for 4 years and was certified in PiYo Strength and Turbokick in 2011. Together with her husband Chris, they have 4 children and reside locally, here in Canby. Lorine has poured herself into health, fitness in her zest for living and as a means of achieving a balance to her daily routine. Lorine joins Total Body Pilates with her passion to motivate, inspire, and help others along their journey to a stronger, healthier and more efficient body.
Stacy has been a certified Zumba instructor since 2015. She has been a dancer for the past 15 years, 10 of these years were at Allegro Dance Studio and she is trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern and tap. When she took her first Booty Barre class she fell in love with the class due to her dance background. She wanted to share her love for this awesome fitness class, which she describes as a "challenging and an amazing full body workout.
